The range of British cheese available through the shop can seem a little daunting to begin with!

Cheddar's, soft cheeses, rubbed rind, blues, sheep, goats, buffalo, cows, hard, pasteurized, unpasterurized the choices seem to go on and on!

In an ideal world, we would recommend that you come to the shop and try some to see what you like!

However, we appreciate that not everyone can get to the shop, so we supply a cheese list with detailed tasting notes along with important information on the type, region produced and the type of milk that is used to create the cheese.
