We encourage
people to bring recipes in of their favorite relish, loaf etc.
particularly if they are regional specialties or family recipes.
As this is
very successful and fun, we now have a medieval food specialist
come in on Friday evenings to share his wisdom and fayre with
customers.
We also supply
recipe ideas for the cheeses.
