Delivery

• When ordering please state your preference of date and time for delivery. You will be contacted with confirmation or asked to consider a different day/time if there is another delivery near to you. If you are a pre-pay customer or account holder and do not have to be in, please state where your delivery can be left. Once delivery has been made The Cheese Box accepts no responsibility for the goods.

• Although every effort will be made to deliver your goods when arranged, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases you will be contacted and a new date/time will be arranged.

• Some cheese are only available at certain times of the year and this should be shown on the cheese list. This will sometimes affect availability to us due to over demand. If you have requested one of these cheeses and you have pre-paid with your order, if it is not available you will be called to choose an alternative similar cheese

Prices

• All prices shown include FREE local delivery to the following postcode areas:

SE19, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE26, SE27 SW2, SW4, SW16

• Delivery outside our delivery zone will cost £3.00 no matter how small or large the order.
Please add Delivery Within Greater London to your order using the buttons on the Cheeselist page.

• Delivery to other areas of the UK by courier will cost a minimum of £6.20.
Please add Delivery to the Rest of the UK to your order using the buttons on the Cheeselist page. If your order costs more than £6.20 to send, we will contact you at your email address to confirm any extra charges.

• Orders are subject to acceptance by the customer and to availability of the goods and will be charged at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.

Payment

• Cheques to be payable in pounds sterling to Dawn Hackett T/A cheese box.

• If an order is delivered without pre-payment, cheque or cash will have to be given on delivery.

• If you wish to place regular orders and set up an account please call 0208 766 7042. We operate a strict policy of payment within 30 days of invoice.

• We can accept the following credit cards when paying online: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta through the PayPal service.
